Family Connections Program helps families within the community and
supports the family that has special needs with services and counseling.
Our staff, called Family Guides, can help families:
•Locate
needed community resources
•Connect parents with other parents in similar situations
•Talk to teachers, employers, landlords, doctors and others who
affect the family
•Develop a plan of action when needs arise |

Eligibility
Family
Connections serves families with children under 18, including
expectant mothers, and families in the process of adoption.
Family Guides are ready to offer assistance related to the following

Child Behavior Problems
Grandparents Raising
Grandchildren
Child Development
Parent/Child Interaction
High Stress
