Emergency Behavior Intervention (EBI) – Foster Parent Training
Emergency Behavior Intervention (EBI) is a 2 hour course that covers proper use of restraints and the risks of restraints. Emergency Behavior Intervention is required for foster parents annually.
Prior to attending training, you will need to have a completed application submitted to New Horizons, completed initial background checks through DPS and DFPS, and had an initial tour of your home by a New Horizons employee.
