[Abilene, TX] – [8/15/25] – New Horizons Ranch and Center, Inc. (DBA New Horizons) is proud to announce it has achieved national reaccreditation through the Council on Accreditation (COA), reaffirming the organization’s dedication to delivering high-quality services and adhering to national best practice standards in child welfare and behavioral health.

This reaccreditation validates New Horizons’ ongoing commitment to excellence across all program areas supporting families and children, including Residential Treatment Centers at Audrey Grace House and The Ranch, Foster Care and Adoption Services, and Youth and Family Counseling.

“Achieving COA reaccreditation reflects our team’s unwavering dedication to providing the highest quality care for the children and families we serve,” said Michael Redden, Chief Executive Officer at New Horizons. “This achievement demonstrates New Horizons’ continued commitment to keep kids first through quality, evidence-based care and strengthens our capacity to serve children and families throughout Texas.”
